What Our Guarantee Covers

One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
Every puppy is guaranteed for one full year against serious hereditary or congenital conditions that would impact their quality of life (such as severe heart defects or organ dysfunction).
7-Day Wellness Window
To reassure you during those first precious days, we cover major contagious illnesses (like parvovirus or distemper) for 7 days after your puppy goes home.
Thorough Vet Care
Before leaving us, every puppy has a complete veterinary exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, and deworming. You’ll receive a detailed health record to share with your vet.

Your Role as a Puppy Parent

Our guarantee stays valid when you provide the care your poodle deserves:

First Vet Visit – Schedule a check-up with your veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home.
Ongoing Care – Keep up with vaccinations, deworming, heartworm prevention, and routine vet visits.
Nutrition – Feed a premium, balanced diet and maintain a healthy weight (especially important for toy breeds).
Safe Environment – Provide a loving, secure home. Until fully vaccinated, avoid dog parks and other high-risk areas.
Documentation – Keep records of all vet visits. Any claim must be supported by a licensed veterinarian’s report.
Spay/Neuter Agreement – If your puppy is sold as a companion, proof of spay/neuter may be required.

If Health Issues Arise

In the rare event of a serious genetic concern:

Replacement Puppy – We will provide you with a new puppy from an upcoming litter.
Refund Option – In some cases, a full or partial refund may be offered if a replacement isn’t the best solution for you or your pup.
Vet Expenses – Please note that vet bills are not covered, which is standard among breeders.

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee is designed for conditions within our control. It does not extend to:

Parasites or Minor Puppy Ailments (worms, fleas, coccidia, kennel cough, small hernias, or cosmetic quirks).
Illness After Pickup – Diseases contracted after your puppy is in your care.
Accidents or Neglect – Injuries, poor diet, or lack of proper care.
Breed Traits – Size, weight, coat color, fertility, or behavior cannot be guaranteed, as these are influenced by nature and environment.
