Shipping Logistics & Costs

Please note: shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and cover the carrier’s or airline’s charges, travel supplies, and, when applicable, delivery insurance. We’ll always discuss costs with you upfront so there are no surprises. Importantly, we never profit from shipping—you pay only the direct transport expenses. When your puppy is on the way, we’ll stay in close contact with you, providing updates on the estimated arrival time and clear instructions for pickup or delivery. Once your little one is finally in your arms, there are a few important steps we ask every new family to take to ensure a smooth and happy transition:

• Immediate Health Check – Schedule a wellness exam with your veterinarian within 48–72 hours of arrival. This gives you peace of mind, establishes care with your vet, and helps confirm your puppy is adjusting well.
• Comfort & Hydration – After travel, your puppy may be a bit tired or thirsty. Offer fresh water right away, a small meal if they’re ready, and plenty of cozy rest in a calm, quiet space.
• Gradual Introduction – Allow your puppy to explore their new home slowly. Limit exposure to new people, pets, or busy areas during the first few days so they can settle in at their own pace.
